In Frankfurt, Viktoria Biki was named winner in the Strategist category of the Jumpp Inspire Award 2024, providing the early-stage support that helped launch Boxfish Labs. The award, celebrating women entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, offered funding, mentorship, and access to a founder network. Viktoria’s work addresses the critically important topic of digital privacy education, creating interactive tools that teach safe online habits. This recognition not only fueled the start of Boxfish Labs but also highlighted how early support can turn visionary ideas into solutions that tackle pressing challenges in today’s digital world.
Why This Matters
The announcement of my name at the ceremony brought so many emotions 🙌. Boxfish Labs is born out of passion and resilience. There were moments when the Boxfish project was publicly dismissed as oversimplifying a complex issue of privacy. Yet, it also received support from those who saw value in approaching data privacy with creativity, suggesting new perspectives. This award isn’t just a milestone, it’s a reminder to trust your vision, even when it feels like you’re swimming upstream.
