Why Boxfish?
The current digital landscape shows us that data protection isn't working as it should and people still don't have effective control over their data. If we keep approaching privacy the same way, we will keep getting the same flawed results.
That is why we started looking for new ways to think about privacy, protection strategies that go beyond technical fixes and legal fine print. What if, we asked, we took inspiration from nature? By translating these natural strategies into interactive formats, we help people and businesses adapt, better understand privacy risks, and develop strategies to respond to all these challenges.
Like the tropical boxfish (Ostracion cubicus), which evolved a strong shell and adaptive defense mechanisms against ocean predators to survive in a complex environment, we believe users and organisations need resilient tools to protect their data.
